Apply To Be On the Show

We get a lot of requests for people to be on the show and as such, we have an application form below that you need to fill out to have you and your ex considered. We shoot in Nashville, TN. So, you have to live in or around Nashville. If you don't live here you have to be able to get to Nashville easily on the shooting date if you are chosen. Shoots generally take 1-2 hours depending on where we are shooting and the format. We will require an indemnification contract and a model release form signed by both you and your partner. We do not pay for appearances at this time. We do provide alcohol on premises for you to consume with us. We usually ask your alcohol preference to make sure we have what you like in stock.

Please check with your ex-partner before you fill out this form to make sure they are okay with doing the show. We've had people agree and then back out because they didn't check with their ex. Don't be that person. Don't waste our time. Okay? Thanks!
